First time I tried cupping was with The Herbalist at Dermaspa and I'm hooked! The marks on my back the first time I went showed a lot of toxicity and inflammation but this has certainly reduced now I've been three times. I've been having deep tissues massages for months and not really getting anywhere with a chronic shoulder problem and very tight muscles but after just one acupuncture treatment it has loosened up a bit. I had acupuncture, cupping and massage yesterday at The Herbalist. For me, cupping was a deep tissue massage that I desperately needed. I'm lucky enough that I don't have any chronic health issues that needed fixing in the first place. It helped me release tension and I felt very relaxed afterwards. I plan on cupping again soon.
