Herb Nerd offers a variety of services. I provide catering services for events from private romantic dinners to weddings to various celebrations. I provide buffet service or full service catering. I also provide mobile services through our food truck Dump N Roll specializing in traditional and Asian fusion cuisines, to offer you a unique perspective on the classics.

I ordered from Herb Nerd after the food came highly recommended from several other foodies I know. All of which are very particular and won’t recommend just anything. I ordered the Margarita Shrimp Bowl, Spicy Chicken Tacos, Curry Chicken, and an order of cornbread. They actually weren’t even taking orders at that time. I was informed of where my order was at every stage and when I arrived I was greeted with amazing customer service. By the time I got home, the food was still warm and it was delicious. What’s your signature dish?
Herb Nerd has two signature dish's one is a penne pasta with house blend bechamel, chicken, spinach, garlic and sun-dried tomatoes. The other is our very popular buffalo teriyaki wings.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I create every menu that is unique to each and every customer. I ask questions about their event and their preffered flavor profile.
What do you love most about your job?
I love created moments that my customers will remember for years to come. Knowing that I got their wishes correct makes me realize Everytime that I am doing what I was meant to do.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was tired of eating the same thing week after week and know that there had to be more to food than the mundane.
Why should our clients choose you?
I love what I do and it shows in every event that I do. They will not only see but taste the difference between me and other caterers. My bottom line is my clients happiness.

Herb Nerd provides private events for couples such as romantic dinners for two and special events designed to be shared by two people
