I initially was concerned that the booking would be a hassle bc of the email only policy. It was no problem. From a health provider standpoint filling out the first time customer intake form is essential. It is to better address the client's needs. Do not let that scare you away from this business. I used a Groupon gifted to me for the Hot Stone massage with no problem at alland it was wonderful. Sherri was very professional from start to finish. Everything was very clean and organized. Absolutely love this place. From the moment you walk in it's a soothing atmosphere. Everything looks neat/clean and puts you right at ease. Both Sherri and Tara are professional and courteous. Tara paid attention to the sore areas I had in particular, and was mindful of too much/too little pressure. The first appointment I booked with them I communicated through email initially, which was a little back and forth, but I realized it was for them to better understand any potential health issues that would affect a massage (which I felt was very professional). Sherri is awesome... I’ve had plenty of massages in my day but she gave the best experience I’ve ever had. The space was cozy, it was extremely clean, and she’s is very professional. The massage was amazing, the hot stones were relaxing, and she really paid attention to my problem areas while still working throughout the rest of my body. She’s also thinking about adding other massage services in the future which I’m excited to try. I will be making regular appointments with her. She was very professional and flexible. My schedule is not the easiest to work with, yet she worked with me to find a day/time that would work.
