I have used this company at least four times for toilet and a kitchen tap in my house. I find them friendly and very professional. I did have a few problems with one engineer who I think was let go after he did order the wrong parts and I had to stay in four times to get a toilet fixed but this company sorted the problem quickly and even when the bill was incorrect, they sorted that the same day. I would certainly use them again, as even if there are mistakes the owners take it very seriously and always sort out the bills. I used Heppelthwaite the Red Van Plumbers to have a Worcester Bosch combi boiler installed. I require them to remove the old system tank from the cupboard and configure the pipework so that we could have the boiler in the loft (freeing up space where the tank used to be in the cupboard). The Heppelthwaite Red Van Plumber team were excellent. From the quotation stage all the way through to completion I have received a professional service.
