If only everyone was as prompt, professional and polite as Callum and the team at Henson. We inherited a non-functioning Banham alarm at our property. Callum was able to explain to us within minutes over the phone what the problem with it was and what was required. We sorted some of the problems out over the phone within minutes. I called these guys out after we had a burglary at our house, they sorted us with an alarm system and replacements locks. We were burgled on the Monday afternoon, they arrived to survey on the Tuesday and the new system was fitted by Wednesday evening . It's annoying because we'd not long finished our building works and an alarm was on the list of something that we'd needed to get but never got round to it (well, until it was to late).
