I have experience as a caterer, a personal chef and a restaurant owner. I like to think outside of the box and present menus that are carefully crafted and tailored to the client. I think taste and presentation should go side by side and I can accommodate special dietary requirements.

I really don't have one overall choice - I like working with pastry, I enjoy offering a twist on a regular dish and offering cuisines from all over the world. I try to encourage people to think outside the box with me.

I like to work closely with the client - finding out their preferences and tailoring the menu to fit their needs. I take into consideration the right balance of flavors, colors on the plate, accessibility and something that give a 'wow' factor.

I find cooking and creating menus therapeutic - it's my downtime to shut off the rest of the world and focus to create the perfect menu and give a meal that leaves you wanting more. I particularly love a challenge when it comes to a client that might have very specific needs or just wants something really different.

I have to be honest and say that it's because I had an amazing job with a really awful boss. I took the leap to do something that I had always wanted to do and never really seen as an option before. I had catered many times for private parties for friends and family - now it was time to see if I could make it as a business.

I hope I would be their choice because I will work closely with them. Any menus I create reflect the clients desire and my aim is to make their event perfect from the part that I can control - i.e. the food.

I work, usually, by myself, so contact with the food is kept to a minimum. I have a small team of trusted cooks and I have my own commercial kitchen which is regularly inspected. I am ServSafe certified and can produce current health inspection reports.

Services

Personalized service includes talking with client to establish likes and dislikes, tailoring the menu to suit their needs and event. I can take care of hiring equipment, if the client prefers that to be outsourced.

Food is delivered to the client and everything that needs to be set up for the food is taken care of.

I am willing to work with the client on the cost and final total amount. I am always available by email or phone if the client has questions. I never offer generic menus that can't be changed.
