Henry & his son were extremely helpful, caring and patient. They showed my wife & I all of the fires were were interested in from an amazingly large range. Then demonstrated any we were interested in. We chose one and the workings and maintenance were carefully explained. We ordered it and they rang two days later to say it had arrived. The company fitted my fireplace + the added 'fun' of also tunneling for an outside flue and power fan. In early 2010! (But I didn't really know about reviewing procedures back then, hence 'Better late etc. ). From the initial help (and patience!) in my choosing to the final installation - brilliant. I visited 3 fireplace companies and Henry Isaac's stood out easily as the best. So initially, they were able to spend time with me, explaining the different options, models, pros and cons, etc. It made it easy for me to choose the right stove (I bought a Portway multifuel). It arrived within a couple of weeks, as promised, and was installed professionally and neatly (and the guys did a good job of cleaning up after). The whole experience was professional, speedy, excellent. I am very happy with the model I chose - it looks fantastic. For the first time ever I am looking forward to the winter so that I can use it. Just had my second fireplace installed by the Henry Isaac team. The first was installed almost 20 years ago and although the fire still worked well, the lounge needed a makeover and the surround was looking a bit dated. Chose a made-to-measure Dalton Fire surround in Portuguese Limestone coupled with a Capital glass fronted gas convector fire with a Mizar frame all in black.The fitting went really well and the end result is exactly what was planned.At Henry Isaacs you get sound advice and a great fitting team to back up the their products. We have just bought a Capital fireplace surrounds, hearth and firebox from Henry Isaacs for a real fire. We were served by Alex who was very helpful and really listened to what we wanted. We took probably 2 months to choose a fireplace, as we wanted a grey surround (whereas most are white), and most surrounds we first selected were discontinued by the suppliers. Alex kept on coming up with solutions and providing stone/marble samples until we found one that suited us. We were not entirely happy with the finish on the first surround delivered by Capital, so Alex personally took it back to the supplier and selected one with a better finish. Henry Isaac was the first showroom we visited to purchase an electric fire and having visited a further two counties we returned there to purchase why? .....the showroom was very comprehensive. Their knowledge was excellent and we received honest feedback on what was suitable for our needs. We brought our Gas Fire and Fireplace Suite from Henry Isaac's and are very pleased. The advice and recommendations given to us in order to design our perfect fireplace was excellent.
