Elaine did a fantastic job of designing our garden, planting and irrigating! We had a difficult, small, north facing garden - but she used her creativity to come up with a lovely design that makes it feel so much bigger, brighter, and welcoming. She listened to all of the ideas and requests we had, gave us a variety of designs to choose from, was extremely flexible in tweaking designs, provided 3d visuals and wrote a detailed brief for a landscaping company to work from. She also helped with a planting design, suggesting plants we'd never think of, worked with the landscaping company to install irrigation as well as planting. She's seen the project right from beginning to end and has delivered an amazing service throughout. We're delighted with the end result and would certainly recommend her! Thanks Elaine! What do you love most about your job?
I love working with people to achieve what they want from their garden. To take a dismal outside space and transform it into a garden that clients love and will use and enjoy for many years is a constant joy. The many appreciative emails and comments I receive are so rewarding
What inspired you to start your own business?
An obsession with gardens, and plant knowledge, which led to friends and family to encourage me into translating that into a business
Why should our clients choose you?
I listen to clients wishes very closely and consider the design to be very much a collaborative process, so we design the garden together, rather than imposing a design onto the client. I work closely with professional landscapers, who are familiar with my designs and with whom I have a very good relationship.
I have a sound knowledge of plants and use a range that I know to be reliable and low maintenance, as well as beautiful.
