What’s your signature dish?
Quite a few; at least one in each different category of Indian Street Food & Meals: snacks, mains - curries, dal and sometimes from different regions!
Onion Bhaji, Paneer Makhani, Spinach Dal, Pav Bhaji, Naan Pizza, Biryani with Aubergine Raita are some examples
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
By listening to the theme of their event (even if it is just a take away meal to enjoy with friends after work in the evening); their likes / dislikes; what ingredients they like to see in the food; expected weather when they will be eating the food and location (indoors or outdoors); will it be a formal sit down meal, a buffet or eating while walking ?
What do you love most about your job?
To see happy and delighted customers coming back just to tell me how much they enjoyed the food or ask for more :-)
What inspired you to start your own business?
My passion to provide people a healthier and quality option to enjoy sumptuous snacks or delicious meals (Vegetarian) retaining traditional flavours where the food originates from and customised for local people
