What makes a great website?
Fully responsive to all screens, search engine friendly, clear and simple fonts, beautiful imagery and good use of complimentary and contrasting colours.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
Do they have an idea in mind or do they want my help creating something completely new. To see a few links to website/logo styles they like.
Describe your creative process.
I like to gather information about the client's business such as how they want to be seen - ie. family run, corporate, local business, etc and what their ideal customers are then I create a design that fits around this brief. I create a few sketches then fine tune into a rough idea of final design/designs to send to the client for opinion and tweaking if necessary.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
Budget, timescale, an insight into their personality (likes and dislikes)
What do you love most about your job?
delivering the finished design and seeing it live.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I'm very creative but also technical - I found that small businesses need the best value when starting from scratch and that I could deliver great value and within a short deadline if necessary.

I have great attention to detail, I listen to what the customer wants and make sure I deliver - I design for THEIR business and what will work for them,
