What do you love most about your job?
As cliched as it is, we love everything about our job! From working with our clients from the initial on-site consultation, right through to the final implementation of the project with our trusted service providers.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having worked for various studios within Cape Town for many years building up valuable experience, the next step was to start Hello Charlie. A key factor here was building up long lasting, solid relationships with clients - something that inspires us to this day.
Why should our clients choose you?
We take on every project as being very personal and special to us. This drives us to perform on our best in any given situation to deliver the best service and attention to detail to everything we do.

Although we love getting our hands dirty on site during installations, one of our favourite parts of the project, we can offer our services via an online platform or remotely. Having said that, this is applicable to certain types of projects or sites only. We always ask that clients get in touch with us to find out whether we can help them remotely and personalise the design service according to their needs.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Social interaction on a site is unfortunately something that can't be helped. We encourage our clients, workers and suppliers to wear masks during all site meetings (and site work), keep the spaces well ventilated and there is always a bottle of sanitiser close by. Meetings, where possible, is encouraged via online platforms or video calls.
