She took double the price because was Christmas but she didn't come to take care of my cat, also she lied telling me by text that everything was "all good as gold". The worst experience I've ever had with a cat sitter.

Helen has looked after our cat, visiting her at home, on numerous occasions varying in length from a few days to two weeks. We have always returned to find a happy, well looked after pet without any problems. We appreciated Helen updating us occasionally during our time away. Overall we have found Helen's service to be reliable, flexible and friendly and also reasonably priced and are happy to recommend as such.

My dog stayed with Helen for Easter holiday. Helen was friendly and very thorough about checking safety information such as insurance and vet details, which gave a lot of comfort. There was only one other dog staying at the same time as mine. When I came to pick my dog up after 2 weeks, she was calm, content, with glossy coat. She clearly felt at home. I have booked more stays now as am happy with the services that Helen provides.

We have used Helen's Pet Care Service several times over the past two years for pet sitting our two cats while we are away on holiday. We have always preferred for our cats to stay at home rather than being at a cattery so finding a pet sitter was very important to us when we moved to West London a couple of years ago. Helen is always responsive and keeps us informed while we're away. I would highly recommend Helen to anyone looking for a reliable, caring and professional pet sitter.

I love Helen. She is fantastic. Couldn't recommend her highly enough. She is upbeat, friendly, reliable, trustworthy and oozing with energy. And she seems to know everything there is to know about dogs. She was a massive help when we needed tips with our first family dog and our Schnouzer puppy's tail always wags with joy the minute she walks through the door.

We have been using Helen's services since 5 years now. She looks after our British Bulldog Charlie every time we go for a holiday and Charlie is always happier to go! She takes him out for long walks and every time we go pick him up he's always more fit than what he was! (which is incredibly good for Bulldogs!). Helen has been cat sitting our 2 bengals in our home for several years. The kitties are always relaxed and happy afterwards - soo much nicer than a fraught trip to the cattery! Helen is friendly, reliable and great with animals. Would definitely recommend
