I requested Helen the task of making me a wedding cake and it had to have my husband’s tartan clan and the butterflies had to be made of his clan too. I asked Helenmarie to make a Game of Thrones cake for my daughter's 21st birthday. Being in France at the time we could only communicate by email but that didn't matter. I didn't get to see the cake until my husband picked it up on the day of the party. We were totally amazed by it! It far exceeded our expectations and when we lit the candles all along the front the eggs looked amazing. It was almost too beautiful to cut but when we finally did it was chocolate heaven!
