Many years ago, after an operation on my spine,I could only walk a few inches at a time. A friend suggested I went to Helena for a massage. I thought 'I need more than a massage', but was in such pain felt it would relieve me even for a few hours. So, made appointment with Helena. After two appointments, I could walk normally.
