I first started leaving Shaun here 3 years ago. I didn't want him to go to traditional Kennels or some anonymous business, and was impressed that here was somebody who regularly allowed strange dogs into her house. Her partner has subsequently told me that she gives the dogs pretty much a personal treatment: from having them all on a big blanket watching TV, to the point of her sleeping in the spare room with the dogs when one of them was lonely!!

Another point I like is that Sharon angles for small-to-medium dogs and is particular about checking that they're non-aggressive etc. I think she limits her work to 3-4 dogs at once. This means that they all get to go out and play together.

I've been leaving him for longer and longer breaks over the past couple of years. Each time Sharon is happy to exchange short emails or texts, and each time he comes home exhausted (and usually having lost weight) from all the fun and exercise.
