I have over 10 years experience as a hypnotherapist, qualifying at Sheffield Hallam University, alongside counselling. I spoke to Helen about my 40yr smoking addiction, Helen told me about hypnotherapy she talked to me about what to expect, I made the appointment and went to see Helen on arrival i was a little bit nervous but Helen put me at complete ease. To be honest i wasn't 100% it would work because of my long time smoking, during the session i was totally relaxed and calm. Helen gave me tools to continue to use after the session and i am very happy to say i am now 7 days a non smoker and going strong and have a new determination never to smoke again, so would like to give a big thank you to Helen for helping me to change my life and improve my health. What do you love most about your job?
Having worked for years in an office job, the satisfaction I get from helping people now always puts a huge smile on my face!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Flexibility and freedom to work the hours I want and are required by my customers, and extreme job satisfaction. It’s not a ‘job’, it’s being able to earn at my hobby/interest!
