After booking Helen very last minute (two days before our wedding) we didn't know what to expect. We had asked a family friend to do our photography, as we wanted natural pictures captured by someone we felt completely comfortable with, but unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, they were unable to commit. Luckily, we got all this and more with Helen.

From the moment we met Helen, we both felt utterly at ease, as if we had known her for years. Her bubbly, calming personality is exactly what you need on one of the most important days of your life.

The pictures are simply stunning and exactly what we wanted. Helen managed to capture every moment beautifully; and still 10 months on I can't stop looking at them.

Helen photographed our wedding and did some engagement shoots for us. She manage to capture us beautifully despite us not being the most comfortable in front of the camera, giving us some really natural and slightly dramatic amazing photos. Lovely Helen, so down to earth and really easy to speak to so we had no problem telling her exactly what we wanted for our wedding photos and for the rest she let her creative juices flow! She came to visit us at home before we booked her and the day before the wedding at the venue too which was fab. Helen was punctual on the day and delivered our beautiful photos exactly when she promised to after the wedding. She was also really affordable and worth every penny! Helen was recommended to us by a friend who had recently got married and had the photography done by her.
We met Helen and discussed what we wanted a few weeks before our wedding day and found her very professional and friendly at the same time.
Her knowledge and experience helped us decide exactly what we wanted and we were put at ease that every angle was covered.
On the day everything went to plan and obviously apart from the group photographs we hardly noticed she was there.
This helped Helen catch some fantastic snaps of our family and friends relaxed and enjoying themselves exactly as we had hoped for.
She was very competitively priced too.

I have had the pleasure of meeting Helen on numerous occasions, she has photographed the weddings of both friends and family and also did an amazing shoot for my little boys first birthday! !
Helen has always been completely professional whilst being friendly at the same time. She really put us at ease in front of the camera and made the whole shoot fun. Somehow 5* just doesn't seem high enough....the lovely Helen photographed our wedding emulating professionalism and perfection throughout the day. Helen managed to take such beautiful photographs, both posed and natural, whilst ensuring everyone was at ease. Our requests were met without hesitation, for example my husband wanted photos taking of himself and his groomsmen wedding preparation's in addition to the standard bridal party; Helen ensured this wasn't an issue by arranging a second photographer to provide assistance throughout the day. The final result were photographs surpassing our expectations, timeless memories we can hold on to forever and gorgeous wall art we proudly display within our home. When we started to plan our wedding there was no doubt who I wanted our photographer to be! Helen is an old friend so I knew that she would be the best person to put me at ease, but she also put everyone around me at ease making the photos the least stressful part of our day. She organised everything so I didn't even know it was happening! She took beautiful natural photographs that captured our day perfectly! She made myself and my husband feel completely comfortable and the pictures totally reflect that! It chucked it down with rain all day but Helen came prepared with umbrellas and didn't care about getting soaked and freezing to take the most beautiful photographs outside! Helen was recommended to us through a close friend and after meeting with Helen (within days of contacting her), we instantly knew that we wanted Helen to be our photographer for our wedding. Right from our initial meeting, we quickly realised how perfect she was going to be and her relaxed, yet hugely professional attitude, was exactly what we wanted.. Helen was amazing throughout, going through all the fine details in the lead up to the event and then on the day itself, she was incredible.. Helen directed us in terms of what photos to have and we couldn't have been more happier when we got the photos through after the wedding. So we chose Helen to shoot our wedding back in October 17 because of her bubbly, down to earth personality. We wanted someone we would feel comfortable with and on the day she went above and beyond to make everyone feel relaxed. She was very professional throughout the whole day, helping me fix my dress and my hair. On receiving my photos, I can’t say I was anything else but over the moon. Helen was the photographer at our wedding last August and I can not recommend her highly enough. She was incredibly punctual and professional, was so friendly and helpful and got really involved (she even helped my bridesmaids get me in my dress! ). Helen was incredibly engaging with our guests and the result was that we had the most amazing, natural photos that captured our day perfectly.

I’ve known Helen a long time and been to lots of weddings where she has been the photographer and I have been more and more impressed every time! One of the first things that we were set on from the minute we got engaged was our choice of photographer! Having been at weddings previously that Helen had photographed, we didn't have a doubt that we needed her to do our wedding photography! She was a huge part of our special day and so many of our guests commented on how amazing she was. When we received our photos from her after the wedding, we couldn't stop looking at them. From the moment I spoke to Helen on the phone whilst searching for a wedding photographer I knew she would be fantastic as it felt as if I'd known her for years - this was quickly cemented when we met in person and it was so important to both my husband and I as we were pretty nervous at the prospect of posing for photos on the day. Helen banished any of those worries and both her and the second photographer, Emma, were fantastic from start to finish.
We would highly recommend Helen to anyone and she made all the difference on our wedding day last August. The end result was truly amazing and we love showing off our photos.
