How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I work closely with each of my host/hostesses to find out their likes and dislikes, allergies, etc and customize my menus for each individual event. I do not have a standard menu the have to chose from. I like to recreate special events or memories they have with food and transform them into a one of a kind event.
What do you love most about your job?
Meeting new people and having them enjoy the labor of my love and passion.
