Contacted Heavenly Photobooths at very short notice and they certainly delivered all that they said they would. Mike was a pleasure to do business with from start to finish and my party guests all praised the service they received and the standard of the copy of the photos that they received. I received a copy of all of the photos taken during the night in an album at the end of the evening which is a wonderful momento of my milestone birthday. Used heavenly photo booths for our wedding. We hired the magic mirror. Didn’t even notice them setting up quietly when they arrived. Guests had so much fun taking pictures all night with all the costumes. The assistant stayed all night and was very helpful showing people how to take the pictures. Each guest got a copy of the photo (printed instantly) and we also got a lovely album with all the pictures of all our guests having so much fun that we can laugh at in the future. Poor Communication , Once the deposit is paid you dont hear anything , Really disappointing , The form I filled out was completely ignored , They turned up late and then they could not get the Selfie Mirror working and tried blaming on someone else , I asked for a refund for an Hour as I paid for 4 hours and they only had it operational for 3 hours and then tried telling me as it was an early bird offer they would give me £20 ! I wanted something extra special for my mum's 40th Birthday party and all i can say is wow! Having the photobooth there was an amazing addition to the party, everyone got involved and we have a lovely keepsake photo album so we can always remember our amazing evening! Not only is the photobooth fantastic but Mike himself made the evening great! From booking to the date of the event he was amazing and a really lovely guy! I booked Heavenly photo booth for my brothers wedding reception. Mike is very fast at replying and very informative. We went for the full three hour package deal it really well worth the value. Service we received on the night was faultless and most importantly we had 800 guests and Mike and his team worked all three hours with smile on their face and were very polite to all our guests. All our guests loved it and my only regret is not booking them for longer. It was so hassle free and really added something special for our guests. We also receive a album that was included in our package and it came in very elegant album. Thank you guys!
