You followed your dream and I know that God is truly in the Blessing business for you. You go above and beyond to satisfy your customers and I can't just say this , I have seen this!!! The last wedding, Mrs. Helton, the love and appreciation, words of encouragement her dad, the brides father gave you, to all of us was nothing, but, GOD, and we are forever thankful. Latoya went above and beyond with so many little details for our wedding. Personalized napkins, custom shirts for her crew, real plates and cups for our head table, displays were gorgeous and according to all of my guests her food was delicious.
(I didn't eat due to nerves). The day before and the day of the wedding, Latoya was working just as long as we were to ensure everything was perfect. She was awesome!
The only negative was that her communication was subpar. Sometimes it took 7+ days to get a reply to an email and after agreeing to send me a breakdown/quote for what I was paying for at our initial meeting, she neglected to follow through with it. It turned into a pretty big ordeal but in the end everything turned out ok and she came through!!
