Heather Sweet-Moon

I have attended a 10-week cake decorating course, and a two-day sugar flower modelling course lead by heather and I learnt so much. Heather is a wonderful teacher with a brilliant and lively personality and encourages you to put your own twist and style into whatever you're making. Heather was very understanding of my disability and makes you feel safe, comfortable and provides a very friendly atmosphere, I had so much fun in her classes and 100% recommend going to a variety of courses she offers.
