Great service! Came out within an hour of our boiler breaking. Problem was fixed quickly with no mess at a very reasonable price with additional advice on what we might need to do should we have any further issues. We discussed other bits of work in the flat that will need doing (even managing to fix a radiator which was not the reason for the call out!). Will 100% be using them again for future pieces of work. I can’t recommend Joe enough. (Although, I’d rather not as I don’t want him to get too busy that he can’t take care of our boiler anymore. ) Joe clearly knows what he’s doing. Nothing is too much trouble, and when I have “emergencies” because I’m a complete idiot and can’t work out my boiler, he’s at the other end of the phone to advise. I have used Heat-Plex and Joe on two occasions now. During the cold snap of 2018 Joe was my family's saviour when our boiler packed up and we were without heat. Joe made time for us out of normal working hours and was able to get the boiler working somehow as at the time we did not have the finances for a brand new installation and I knew we were on borrowed time. I brought Joe back to discuss the options and costs of replacing the boiler in early April. Joe's knowledge around specs, energy saving, the connected home and cost efficiency was great and he was able to provide a clear quote and time duration. Joe then fitted our new central heating system week commencing 14/05/2018. Joe's workmanship and efficiency was incredible to see compared to other work I have had done from previous tradespeople. He was also very clean and conscious when working in our home, very friendly and sociable which put us at ease. All in all I could not recommend heat-plex highly enough. Great service and experience.
