I had Scott fit me a new flue, for my boiler, after I called him out. He came the next day, and tried to repair it, to save me money. After that failed, he ordered me a new one, and fitted it in quick time. He is the cheapest plumber I know. He is very reliable, and one of the most honest tradesmen I have met. Thanks for your time. Had a boiler moved from our loft to garage and one radiator replaced in the front room and pipework replaced by Scott before Christmas. We were pleased with the quote of £1800 so Scott did the work required on time so all good. However as the weather got colder we noticed the radiator in living room wasn't working, so I called him before Christmas left him a message no reply. By this time I'd already given him an excellent review on checkatrade. Christmas came and went no call back so my partner tried to call him left message and no reply. My partner txt him and I called him at least a further 3 times still without a reply. I emailed him but still no reply. I'm not sure why we have had no reply we paid the bill within two days of him completing the work. Our feelings are that maybe he only wants the big money work and not interested in replacing the odd radiator. I'm sorry but I would not now recommend this guy or company to anyone. More...
