I highly suggest going to the consultation. It really helped solidify my selections when my florist was there to help me. I told her a general color scheme and "feel" I was looking for, and she was able to put together exactly what I wanted . I was a little cautious to take my business here simply because we didn’t want typical wedding flowers and a lot of the work I saw on the site looked traditional. But I am so happy that we didn’t choose another florist. I had a very specific idea in mind and didn’t know if it would be possible for anyone to meet the expectations and vision I had in my head, but when I walked into our venue, I nearly cried. Brigette was the best when helping me design my flowers for my wedding. Every bride has that one thing that is extremely important to her and my flowers were my thing. Even my husband was griping about them because of course he is a guy and thinks that they are a waste but after the wedding he did say "I have to hand it to you I was giving you a hard time but the ceremony flowers were gorgeous and turned out beautiful. The space would have been plain without them." She absolutely got what I was looking for but was able to still keep it within my budget. Of course I was showing her things on Pinterest to give her an idea of what I liked but she would just tell me I can do something similar but we'll have to change some things to keep it in budget either because a flower was out of season or just the type of arrangement would be astronomical in price. Hearts and Flowers was amazing to work with. Walking into their shop to finally order my wedding flowers after so many years of ordering high school dance flowers there seemed like a dream! I loved working with everyone on staff. I was amazed how Brigette was able to look at a couple pictures that I had with me, name the different flowers and greenery, and was able to show me most of them in the store! They truly put together the most beautiful wedding bouquet I had ever seen. All the other floral arrangements were perfect as well. We worked with Bridgette at Hearts and Flowers for our May 2015 wedding. I absolutely loved the flower arrangements, bouquets, and centerpieces she crafted for our wedding day. Our wedding was over Mother's Day weekend, and flowers ended up costing more than we originally wanted to spend due to high demand, but the total amount was within the original quote. I had requested peonies and Bridgette made it happen (they can be hard to find depending on seasonality). She made our "vintage garden" theme come to life and set everything up on the day of the wedding to perfection. I had a pretty specific idea of what I wanted for my wedding flowers...colors, texture and a photo I'd seen on Pinterest of the feel I wanted. I spoke to Brigette at length through emails and in only a couple meetings (we are out of towners) and she made suggestions. The bouquets and boutonnières exceeded our expectations!! I worked with Brigette at Hearts and Flowers for our wedding day flowers and couldn't have been happier with the result. I had an idea of what I wanted, but not being a huge flower person, she was perfect at giving options and ideas! The whole floral studio was set up in such a cool, different design which reflected the uniqueness of the company. I was on a pretty tight budget, and Brigette worked with me on that to make sure it was more accommodating to us. Brigit did a WONDERFUL job creating my wedding bouquet and my bridesmaids bouquets, as well as the table decorations. I was so happy to see the flowers when I arrived at the ceremony hall, because they were absolutely stunning.

Communication is a little lacking--emails were short, often filled with typos, and sometimes delayed. Other than that, no complaints.
