What do you love most about your job?
Helping small business owners handle the day-to-day mindless administration, that has nothing to do with their over-all success or why they got into business in the first place. Business owners are swamped by government regulations, compliance issues and various Federal, State and Local laws pertaining to employees. I can help them with all that.
What inspired you to start your own business?
In my countless discussions with business owners, I have found there are several common challenges that business owners face. First, being able to find and keep good employees. Second, reducing costs on tight profit margins. Third, reducing or ridding themselves of the administrative burdens of having employees. Fourth and finally, continuing to grow their business, regardless of how the economy might be performing. I can provide a number of ways to address these challenges. Many of these ways are quite simple.
