Nick carried out a fairly small job for us repairing our w.c. This was the first time we have used him and we are very impressed. with his pleasant and manner. He was prompt, worked efficiently and cleanly and repaired the fault without problem. Was very considerate and although we haven't received his bill yet I'm sure that will be reasonable as well. I had to find a heating engineer for an elderly friend who needed a new boiler. She was anxious about having someone unknown in her house, but I knew that I could trust Nick fully. His quote was well set out with everything fully itemised. He arrived when he said he would, treated both her house and her with respect, and did an excellent job, despite coming across some issues in a house where nothing had been done to the boiler and pipes for over 40 years. He fully explained the additional work required, showing us the corrosion of the parts that he unexpectedly had to replace, and his customer, my elderly friend was completely satisfied. I cannot recommend Nick enough. In the past few weeks he has serviced multiple boilers and a rayburn , replaced a damaged radiator and fitted a new gas boiler at a lease property. Nick installed new radiators throughout the house and did a full boiler service for us.
Incredibly helpful right from our initial enquiry.
We were completely informed of all options available to us and Nick spent time helping us to work out what would best suit our needs and budget.
We were really pleased with the quote which was set out very clearly and accurately.
Time keeping was spot on, Nick was very polite, respectful of privacy whilst in our home and paid a genuine interest to personal and customer satisfaction right down to the very minor detail.
