Lindsey was everything I was looking for in a wedding planner! Living in Southern California, planning a wedding half way across the country in Ohio was a challenge! Lindsey was always available and ready to chat with me, even at midnight or later her time (Ohio time, while it was 9pm my time). She gave me so many great ideas to add into our wedding that we never would have thought of, like our welcome wedding bags at the hotel for our out of town guests (which were a HUGE hit)! Lindsey and her husband did such a great job helping set up before rehearsal dinner, and before the ceremony, lighting all candles & twinkle lights. She is definitely detail oriented, not only with decorations but with timeline coordination. I would like to thank her publicly for emailing and discussing all details with our vendors, like the wedding hall, DJ, photographer, chair rental companies and especially the hotel management! The hotel was being difficult with me, and when I mentioned the issue to Lindsey she immediately emailed them and resolved the issue ASAP. Having Lindsey during the wedding was an essential that I would definitely recommend to any bride! Lindsey did a fantastic job preparing and coordinating the day of the wedding. She helped me consider the flow of the day, offered great suggestions and when it came time for the day of. ..she took charge. She executed the set up of our venue, and ensured all vendors were accounted for. If it hadn't been for Lindsey, I would not have been able to enjoy the day like we were meant to. Lindsey was the most wonderful wedding planner I could have ever asked for. Her husband and assistant, Devon, was also very sweet, helpful, and professional. Our vow renewal was out of town in Pennsylvania, and she still handled everything beautifully. She listened to everything we wanted and helped us make our dreams come true. She dealt with our out of town vendors and stayed on them, researched the area and theme, set up our reception decorations, delivered the cake, managed the wedding party and overall made sure everything went as smoothly as possible. We hired Lindsey as our month of coordinator. Her rate was so incredibly fair for the amount of work she put into our big day. She was professional, organized and easy to communicate with. She did everything from setting up/tearing down our ceremony/reception, to planning our entire timeline for the day. She even printed multiple copies of the timeline out, for our entire wedding party to keep as a reference. We had a very DIY wedding so we had TONS of decorations and she was kind enough to load up in her car at the end of the night, and drop them off to our house the following day. She kept all of our venders on the same page and made sure that everything went as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend this business if you want your day to be stress free and organized. We hired Lindsey for Day of Wedding Planning. She met with us multiple times before the wedding. She was very good about coordinating with our vendors and making sure the details were taken care of before our wedding day. She made our wedding programs, and was willing to help us with anything we asked her to do. She helped us with our centerpieces and other decorations at the ceremony and reception. Lindsey was easy to work with and committed to making sure our wedding day went smoothly. We were very pleased to work with Heart to Home and Lindsey for our wedding. Lindsey was absolutely incredible and on top of her game! She took my vision and brought it to life!! I had nothing to worry about on my wedding day besides getting ready myself, she took care of everything and picked up everything!
