Excellent service from these guys, I rang these guys up told them my problem ( I was willing to pay for the, to come out) he diagnosed my problem over the phone, what was a new capacitor on motor so I ordered the part and job done. If ever I need a job done I won’t hesitate to ring these guys to come and fix my spa as the have proved to be genuine and not just after your cash. More...

I can definitely recommend these guys and won't hesitate to use them again. Had a leak with my tub and a guy called Lee came out to fix it. Explained to me there was a call out charge plus cost of any parts required. Found the problem in no time and and It was an issue with the ozone unit. He could easily of charged me a lot to fix the whole unit but instead came up with a much cheaper option that would still solve my problem but cost much less. When so many companies are more than happy to rip you off it''s so refreshing to find one that puts customer service before a quick buck. I'm sure they will get more money from me in repeat business as I will also get all my hot tub supplies from them going forward. Thanks again Lee, you're a credit to the company. More...
