Growing up as a gymnast and then suffering from an eating disorder as a teenager, I learned that being healthy was different then just losing weight and made it my mission to help others be as healthy as possible from the inside, out. Earning my Master's in Holistic Nutrition and then becoming a Certified Nutritional Chef and Personal Trainer, I also teach group fitness classes, teaching others to be the best version of themselves - not just what society deems as "perfect".

How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
Diet truly is about 80% of how we look and feel. Yes, working out is important for heart health and for toning up, but to truly lose weight you need to make it a lifestyle, and eating healthy has a lot to do with this! That's why I teach clients how to cook healthy meals that still taste amazing!
How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
By following a fitness plan that works into their routine and making exercise and healthy eating part of their lifestyle.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Commitment. It's all about eating healthy and working out in a way that works best for you! If you don't enjoy it, you won't stick with it. Period.
What do you love most about your job?
Helping others achieve their goals and enabling them to feel better about themselves - on both the inside and out - then they ever thought possible!
What inspired you to start your own business?
My parents were both entrepreneurs and having a business that allows me to raise my own children while helping others achieve their goals is what truly makes me happy!

I have dealt with clients from all walks of life, as well as experienced many different hurdles in my own, all of which enable me to be empathetic towards a vast number of situations and circumstances.
