Healthy Eating For Life Limited is a healthy eating consultancy service run by a qualified Public Health Nutritionist. Areas of nutrition that I specialise in include weight management, controlling diabetes, lowering cholesterol, lowering blood pressure, improving bone health, improving bowel health. I also have a degree in Exercise Science and can provide advice on increasing physical activity in addition to healthy eating related advice.

During an initial consultation, I can work with you to develop a healthy eating meal plan, which will be tailored to your health needs and food preferences. The healthy eating plan will be designed so that it is easy to follow and is sustainable in the long term and will provide your body with all of the nutrients, vitamins and minerals that it needs to maintain good health. I can also develop an exercise programme for you and we can discuss targets for you to aim for in order to help improve your health. The objective is to encourage you to gradually make changes to your diet and lifestyle that you can maintain in the long term.

I do offer discounts to people that want long term support. You can book individual consultations for £65 each or you can book four consultations for £200, which is a saving of £60. Working with you long term gives you the time to gradually make changes to your diet and your meal plan and exercise programme can be altered as and when necessary and over time, I can teach you the dietary habits that you need to adhere to in the long term in order to improve your health.

I also off a 90 day weight loss package. This includes two consultations a week and a weekly weigh in. Half of the consultations will be based around your healthy eating while the other half will involve a gym/workout style session. This programme is designed to be for those who are very serious about losing weight and keeping it off permanently. It will be very hard work, but you can expect to lose 2 Ibs per week and almost 2 stone during the 90 day period.
