I can't recommend Emily enough, since starting her programme I have lost almost two stone and lead a completely different, healthy lifestyle that doesn't feel like a chore or diet. Emily is very a personable, professional and knowledgeable nutritionist. After just one session Emily's diagnosis was invaluable. I went ahead with the recommended intolerance test and discovered I have several intolerances including gluten, wheat & eggs. I have followed Emily’s advice and made changes to my diet and already have had an immediate relief to my stomach discomforts and my digestion has improved considerably. Bloating reduced very quickly followed by a noticeable improvement in my skin over the coming weeks.
