I would definitely recommend 1-on-1 with Diana. She helped me understand my blood work results and came up with a plant-based nutritional plan, supported by facts, that addressed my personal needs as a vegetarian/vegan.

She explained why she recommended the diet changes she suggested and I felt she really cared about me. I trust Diana and find her inspirational.

I was diagnosed with stage 4 Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma 3 years ago. I went through 3 years of chemo and was declared cancer-free. The chemo had done its job but the toll it took on me was much more severe than I had anticipated.

With Diana, I have gone from a handful of prescription medications a day to one. I'm feeling better every day and my outlook for a healthy future looks much better after taking Diana's direction.

This package includes a one 60 minute initial consultation followed by three weekly 30-minute follow-up sessions to create sustainable long-term results depending on your goals. Includes revisions to goals when appropriate, nutrition education, supplement recommendations, and lab results interpretation.

You will also receive access to a secure web and mobile portal where ​you can log pictures of your meals, workouts, and write reflection journals for immediate feedback from me.

Bonus: you'll also receive a plant-based recipe e-book and resources.
