Health and Balance was a miracle for me! One day I couldn’t walk anymore and I was referred to them. Madison talked to Dr. Gary & Dr. Jordan and although they were booked, they stayed past closing to see me. Theresa helped get my schedule all set up to my road to recovery. Dirk and Noah do therapy downstairs and are so helpful with using all different techniques to help heal you! Mo is such a friendly face who will do anything to help. I am only 24 years young and am healthy so when my hip was in such pain I couldn’t walk, I was terrified. With the help of everyone here, I can walk again! Dr Gary and his team have been a wonderful haven for healing . My experience while going to Health in Balance has been a very positive one in many areas. I started going for IV Vitamin Therapy which I find to be very helpful in my daily life insofar as giving me more energy and allowing me to focus on my health. I have also been getting treatment from Dr. Jordan because of a very stiff neck which he has been working very gently to try to release some of the tension. I really like Dr. Jordan because he is patient and also gentle with me. I have had massage therapy and energy healing with Michael regarding stiffness in the neck as well. Gary and Lisa have been our doctors for decades now, helping my family heal from various structural pains and correcting chemical imbalances. When your orthopedic surgeon tells you your debilitating hip and leg pain is caused by a damaged lower back and surgical options may produce partial benefit and significant restrictions for an active skiing-hiking grandfather in his mid-60s, you feel doomed. Both my orthopedic surgeon and primary care doctor strongly recommended testing non-surgical options.That is where “Health In Balance” came into the picture. I wish I would of known about health in balance earlier! This was the only place I could find in the area that does high dose vitamin C IV therapy. They test you before hand to make sure it’s safe for your body. Everyone there is super kind and sensitive to patients needs. I love all the staff members. They don’t try to push you to do treatments or medical things you don’t feel comfortable with! Most important- I feel so much better since starting IV therapy. Thank you health in balance!! More...

After not having seen a chiropractor for several years, and after experiencing numbness in my arms at night and general back and neck discomfort, I decided to visit Dr. Gary's office for an adjustment. Dr. Gary assessed my history and determined that it would be best to get x-rays AND MRI to confirm what he suspected: that I had discs in my spine and neck that were beginning to fuse, and also my spine was not curved as it should have been. I was put on a plan of chiropractic adjustments with Dr. Jordan, therapy from the staff of therapists, and home care exercises. I was diligent about the home care part, and I visited the office for adjustments and treatments as often as I could, given that I travel a lot.  My treatment plan included adjustments, stretches, decompression, and therapy. From the very beginning of assessment and diagnosis and throughout the treatment process, I felt genuinely cared for by Dr. Gary and his staff. They have the holistic view of health that I have, looking at causes of symptoms and natural modalities to support the body in healing itself. Dr. Gary took a lot of time to educate me on what was going on, and educated me on my options. The decision to work/partner with Dr. Gary, Dr. Jordan,  and staff was mine, provided I agreed with Dr. Gary that I would make this commitment and follow his recommendations. Within just a few weeks of working with Dr. Jordan, the numbness began decreasing in my arms. The pain in my elbows started to decrease, my held tension began to release, and my range of motion began to increase. After 7 months of regular treatments at the office in addition to my dedicated home care, x-rays indicated that my spine was actually improving! I could see the difference as we compared the before and after x-rays, and I could feel the difference in my range of motion and overall. I feel as if I've reversed the degeneration of my spine and discs, and I feel lighter, pain free, open, and fluid/flexible! Amazing! I have every confidence that Dr Arthur and Dr Dominguez will find and fix what's trying to finish off my husband, Louie! It's just a shame that BIG PHARMA doesn't cover these brilliant doctors. BIG PHARMA wants to sell you their poisonous PILLS that neither help nor cure anything! The hardest part is the out of pocket expenses if you don't have any excess cash lying around. Lol.
