Although I have not used this service myself, I’m a podiatrist and I have quiet a few patients that have. The feedback from them is so positive that I have started to recommend the place to my other patients. They are great at getting to the core issue increasing the chance of rehabilitation from weak or overworked muscles. My patients have also said that their mental health has also improved as they have so much fun with the couple that run the gym. They are apparently very funny and friendly and make everyone feel apart of a family. Brilliant gym and even better trainers. Make you feel so comfortable in a gym environment. Shauna and Gareth are two brilliant trainers, they really know they're stuff and would help you out in anyway possible in the gym or outside. 5stars without a doubt.
