This is a cool gym. I liked the natural lighting granted by the fact it’s now in a basement or some other small and dark place.

Great gym, loads of equipment, great classes, friendly staff and good facilities. Has reciprocal deals with other local pools which make up for the lack of a swimming pool in house.

Great selection of weights in the area. Spacious and the staff are very friendly and nice as are the personal trainers. Shame on the lack of water fountains, but otherwise its pretty great.

Excellent "proper" weights and lifting gym. The closest thing to Muscleworks in central London, much better priced and equipped than trendy chain gyms (it's a charity) plus membership gives you access to the Better gyms which are most local health authority and all over London.

I've had memberships at three gyms in central London, and this is by far the best. It's nice and open, and both the staff and the regulars are friendly and non-judgemental. Definitely the best weight room in the area. I have been coming here since July and have not had a bad experience. They recently replaced a lot of the equipment, and while some of the equipment is still pretty old, it's mostly things not affected by age, like dumbbells. I go first thing in the morning when it opens and it's not crowded at all, which I love. Tends to get quite crowded in the afternoon, but what can you expect in central London? The prices are extremely reasonable. I'll be quite sad if I move away from this area because I doubt I'll find a gym as nice. More...

Now that summer is knocking on the door, I was struggling to find a gym of my liking. Until I found Jubilee Hall Gym. The overall atmosphere is somehow welcoming, something I’ve never felt in other gyms for sure. I just feel at ease here.

Q&As

How does it work?
We will get to know each other and discuss your goals and current lifestyle based on information provided on your nutritional questionnaire & food diary. This way we can maximize our time. You will leave with personalized recommendations that you can begin to implement immediately. Follow up sessions consist of monitoring improvements and making amendments or refinements if needed. Vitamin, mineral supplements and other therapies may be recommended also, depending on the health issue's or goals at hand.

What kind of additions or dietary shifts do you generally suggest?
We now know beyond all doubt that a diet that optimises health and healing is one free of animal products, and full of colourful, vibrant vegetables, fruit, whole grains, legumes, beans, nuts and seeds. Therefore, nutritional therapy works best if it is one-hundred percent plant-based.

What can I expect from this therapy?
Healing with food is safe and side-effect free, and while there are no guarantees, if dietary suggestions are followed faithfully, you can reasonably expect positive results. Other holistic therapies may be recommended.

How many sessions do I need?
That depends. It’s great to do at least 3 follow-ups, so we can follow up and mark improvement over a period of time, this close way of working together ensures the optimal integration of lasting and effective change, with full accountability and on going support, but I’m more than happy to give one session if it’s just general advice you need.

So how do I book a session?
I see clients for one to one consultation at my Nutritional Clinic Covent Garden London
Busy schedule or not in the London area? Consults are also offered by phone, Skype, Google Hang out or in person, depending on your location.
