I came to Ryan with a request. I wanted a quick and simple workout that I could do at home, that would increase my vertical leaping ability. Ryan came back to me with the "Dane's Flight School" program he put together. He explained to me how to do the workouts in detail and then I set out towards my goal.
After the first workout, I knew it must be working because my buns hurt to the point where walking was difficult (I haven't worked out before this - so many leg days skipped) and my groin was on fire. I felt I was on my way to my goal.
It has been three weeks since I started and even though there is still a burn after the workouts, I can feel my legs (and butt) getting stronger. I look forward to continuing this program so I can dominate on the bar league sand volleyball courts this summer. More...
