I came to Ryan with a request. I wanted a quick and simple workout that I could do at home, that would increase my vertical leaping ability. Ryan came back to me with the "Dane's Flight School" program he put together. He explained to me how to do the workouts in detail and then I set out towards my goal.

After the first workout, I knew it must be working because my buns hurt to the point where walking was difficult (I haven't worked out before this - so many leg days skipped) and my groin was on fire. I felt I was on my way to my goal.

It has been three weeks since I started and even though there is still a burn after the workouts, I can feel my legs (and butt) getting stronger. I look forward to continuing this program so I can dominate on the bar league sand volleyball courts this summer.

Q&A

I like to meet you wherever you are at and show you the best ways to get where you want to go. It's tough to say what that entails because it is different for every person, but every person I work with gets a number of free consultations and sessions to make sure we are both a great fit for each other. I know all my clients enjoy working with me for both the results I get them, but also the great relationship we establish, and that is what I hope to achieve with all my clients and potential clients.

I wish there was a secret, but it really comes down to working hard and being consistent with all of your health and fitness habits.

Right out of high school I knew I wanted to become a personal trainer or performance coach because of how much I enjoyed sports. I realized I was really good at getting people results, and people really enjoyed my upbeat attitude while training. I've always enjoyed imparting my health and fitness wisdom on other motivated people who just need a little help along the way.

I am really good at what I do, and I really enjoy working with people and seeing them achieve everything they set out to do.

I have extensive experience personal training and working as a strength and conditioning coach. I have a depth of knowledge including my Master's degree in Exercise Physiology and a certification as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (which is more rigorous than a typical personal training certification). All that doesn't even matter if we don't get results, but no worries, I give you all the tools to get the BEST results as EASILY as possible. We are going to have a great time working along the way as we work on your goals. All you need to do is work hard and be consistent and we will achieve even the most difficult goals!
