What do you love most about your job?
I love meeting new people and helping them to escape their day to day troubles for an hour or two. When they leave, they float and have a great nights sleep.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired to start my own business so I could create an envoroiment I think best suits my clients needs without the restrictions of having a boss.
Why should our clients choose you?
You should choose me because my clients needs are my priority. I don't rush and allocate extra time after each treatment to my clients can take their time waking up or to sit and enjoy a cuppa before returning to reality.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All clients are sent a reminder message the day before their appointment, this message includes a symptoms check, if any symptoms are present, appointments are moved to a later date.
On arrival, clients are asked to sanitise their hands and their temperature is taken. Clients are not required to wear a mask during their treatment. I wear a mask throughout and a visor when working around the face.
A 30 minute slot is left between each appointment so all handles, surfaces and the massage couch can be appropriately sanitised before the next appointment.
Sports Massage
After a thorough consultation and postural assessment a 55 minute massage to focus on any areas of tension or pain to achieve maximum results. For long lasting results, regular treatments advised.

Swedish Massage - A relaxing massage using a neutral oil to reduce tension and stimulate circulation.
Aromatherapy Massage - A relaxing massage using Pre-blended Aromatherapy Oils to work on relaxation, stimulation or muscular aches.

Deep Tissue/Hot Stone Massage
Deep Tissue - A Massage using forearms and elbows combined with a deep pressure to work into muscle aches and tension.
Hot Stone - A lighter massage combining manual massage with heated volcanic stones. The heat of the stones warms the muscles to ease out tension without applying much pressure.
