When I began the five day love yourself challenge, I was very sceptical if the programme would have any impact on me at all. I was in for a big surprise as quite the opposite happened. As a result of the course, I am now able to recognise that loving myself is core to being able to succeed in all areas of my life. I'm outwardly teaching my children the importance of loving yourself, being less self-critical and believing that you can and will achieve anything you put your mind to. Just had the most mind blowing inner child healing session with Kathy! I feel so light and free! I’ve been working consciously with my inner child for many years, but Kathy’s session took it to a whole other level. Beyond the more obvious levels of abuse/neglect Kathy was able to identify and heal deeper patterns which I had not been able to see myself that flow from my childhood. Super powerful as these patterns (being over responsible because adults in my childhood weren’t responsible, and feeling safe only to have to rug pulled out from under me) show up in all areas of my life and were really undermining all of my efforts. I had an unexpected and amazing introduction to the magic touch of Kathy yesterday.we were out with mutual friends,and it was the first time I had chance to chat with Kathy. whilst talking she had the overwhelming need to ask if my head was ok and felt the right side of my head had pressure in it. I was surprised,because I hadn’t said,but the last few days I had been in some pain and discomfort in my right ear. She lay her hands on me and it was amazing I could feel the sensation moving from my jaw upwards to the top of my head and so far 24 hrs now without pain etc in that ear. I’ve carried guilt around with me and never really healed from everything I had been through.
