I provide experiential therapy that does not solely focus on talk therapy. I incorporate many mediums to maximize the amount of growth and healing that a client would like to gain from counseling.

​I have found that the relationship I create with a client is the most important facilitator towards growth. It is my goal to create a safe and collaborative space in order to support progression.

​When working with children, I use the language of play. This allows for a child to communicate in a way that is comfortable and will allow for ​self-expression, exploration, and healing to take place.
