What do you love most about your job?
I absolutely love helping people work through their problems and get the life they really want. I started in the helping professions 20 years ago and have worked as a mentor, befriender, life coach, counsellor and CBT therapist.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I am passionate about my work and not many people combine being a qualified counsellor and CBT therapist with also being a life coach. I believe all three are brilliant to combine to help people understand themselves better and then get their life they really want.
Why should our clients choose you?
Because I am passionate about helping every single person I work with achieve their goals. I am completely unjudgemental and have worked in prisons with offenders. I like helping people change their lives.
I am ADHD and have a particular fondness for helping people with ADHD conquer their issues. I also have much experience of working with borderline personality disorder and am passionate about helping this client group
