I was doing the 5:2 diet for years and was miserable hardly eating anything/yoyo dieting and seeing no results in the gym. When I reached 90kg I decided I needed help. I was really apprehensive about starting PTing and thought I'd tried everything and that nothing would work. Through my sessions I gradually developed confidence and understanding of how to fuel my body for energy rather than just for the sake of eating. The thing I really appreciated about Jessica is that she gradually fed me information over sessions and didn't bombard me with information so I didn't find sessions or nutrition a chore or overwhelming. Jessica listens to your needs and she'll structure training and nutrition around this. There's no judgement and no food is off limits!Jessica is one of the most hardworking people I've ever met. She loves her field of work, her positivity and motivation are infectious. Jessica has taught me that knowledge is power, and that's definitely the case when it comes to training and nutrition. She has equipped me with with invaluable information that has prepared me for the rest of my life. Jessica is an excellent PT and at 20kg lighter I would highly recommend her to anyone. More...

After only using cardio equipment in the gym for years I started with Jessica to give me the confidence to lift weights and build strength. Her holistic approach has achieved this ensuring I now have the skills and knowledge to lift free weights and resistance train safely on my own. However, two years later I still train with Jessica twice a week as her sessions are well thought out and motivational. She is constantly reassessing my training needs and programme to make sure I continue to progress. Jessica has also been there when I've asked for nutritional guidance giving me the correct level of support. Along with all her knowledge and experience Jessica is an extremely warm, friendly, approachable and above all supportive PT. Great personal trainer, has really helped me feel at ease in the gym and helped me build confidence going through her programs. She is really knowledgeable, not just on the training side of things but also on the nutrition and has changed my mindset when it come to food! Jessica is friendly, knowledgable and professional and takes a holistic approach to supporting and training clients. Her support and guidance is available 7 days a week, and she’s always been there for dietary advice, motivation and encouragement as well as training support. I was really uncomfortable and nervous before going to see Jessica as i have never enjoyed the whole gym atmosphere. Jessica is very understanding of how you perceive yourself and really good at putting you at ease. The changes to my body composition and mindset have been impressive to say the least. I really enjoy my time with her at the gym and she is so positive and encouraging. I was really nervous before going to see Jess as I've always been uncomfortable with the whole gym atmosphere. Jess is so understanding of how you perceive yourself and very good at putting you at ease. The changes to not only my body composition but to my whole mindset has been impressive to say the least. Jess also encourages in such a positive manner (and doesn't mind when I make faces at her). I love my time at the gym with her and find it enormously helpful to be able to have fun whilst seeing all these positive changes. I have been working with Jessica for just under a year now and I am extremely happy that I chose her to be my pt. I have always been active all my life but decided that I needed a wee bit more help/motivation with my health and fitness journey. Working with Jessica has helped me greatly with my nutrition and enhancing my knowledge (as I am currently studying sport and exercise science at uni) I have gained valuable knowledge in regards to my training and recovery, enabling me to perform at a higher standard in my chosen sport and in general life. Had a great session with Jessica today learning the basics of lifting weights.. (proper form etc) learned so much in such a short space of time. .

Jess is the real deal when it comes to nutrition and exercise, she really does know what she is talking about and is there anytime of the day to encourage you and keep you motivated when you feel like you're losing your way a bit - god only knows how she puts up with my stubborness! � I'm the lightest I've been in 5 years at least and the difference, not only in my weight but to my mind has been the biggest positive in my life, She totally changes the way you see food, using it as FUEL for your body to work properly by teaching you about nutrients your body actually needs and not filling it to the brim with calorific processed foods with no nutritional value - this has really helped me stay on track! Training is fun and varied and I've never needed to step on a cross trainer once! Have been seeing Jessica for 8 weeks now and my goal was to put on weight and gain muscle. Within 8 weeks I've put on several pounds and gained muscle! ! I'm feeling amazing and couldn't of done it without her. She checks in daily to see how you are, what your meals are like and motivates you like no one else!! Been working with Jessica for the past four weeks and cannot recommend her highly enough! Not only has she helped me see physical changes already, she's has changed my mindset totally. No more shakes, scales, treadmills or endless sit ups and eating more than I have ever done. It's hard work and the training sessions are tough but brilliant. After doing the 5:2 on and off for 5 years I was fed up with yo yo dieting, rubbish energy levels and weight loss had plateau'd. Jessica has excellent knowledge in her field and has taught me how to eat to fuel my body rather than restricting foods. I enlisted the help of Jessica because although I was physically fit, I wanted try something different from running and gym classes and do some resistance training. Jessica is perfect for me as she focuses on technique and gradually building strength & her advice on nutrition for muscle building has been invaluable. 6 months in, my weight has dropped a bit but my shape has changed dramatically, I feel healthier, stronger and I’m enjoying exercise more than ever. I followed Jessica's facebook page for a while and really loved and identified with all her ideas. I then decided to join Jessica. I have been going to the gym for years and fitness is really important to me but felt I needed to really work on technique, progress and also desired advice on nutrition and how strive to achieve better health. After the very first session, I felt more confident in myself and that was mentally as well as physically. A healthy diet is what will keep your body running and performing at its best !
