Michelle Dean, Director of the Family Law department, is an excellent solicitor. She is empathetic, efficient and direct, which is exactly what I needed at a difficult time. I found her easy to approach with any queries I had and she would always answer them quickly and with clarity. HCB solicitors are the best people I have ever dealt with. This is the second time I was using them in 3 months period when I was in the process of buying my third house and as the purchase did not complete due to some problem with the property, they RETURNED MY FULL MONEY BACK. It is nearly impossible to get you full money back from any of the companies if you have used some of their services and it is next to impossible to get money back from solicitors are they are so good with legal matters. ABY is the best customer advisor who replies within seconds if you have any doubts and BEN is the best solicitor who always explains everything throughout the purchase process and always gives his best advice in your best interest.
