From start to finish Haybrooks were fantastic. Sam (branch manager) initially came, to take photographs of our house, to sell. He wasn't happy until they were perfect and because of his advertising precision, our house sold very quickly for more than we wanted. The customer service from every team member I spoke with, was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble. In particular, Vanessa and Dan were superstars. They helped us glide over any stresses that selling and buying a house can bring and they both kept in regular contact to keep me updated on both my sale and my purchase. This was one of the most stressful things I have done and I couldn't have done it without them. I couldn't have been happier with the service provided and would recommend them to anybody. My husband and I had used three different Estate agents in search of a house before our paths crossed with that of Susan Smyth of Haybrook. In July, we viewed two houses with Sue (as she's fondly called) but didn't like any of the two. Thereafter, Sue promised to contact us once they've got a house that would meet our specifications. We never took her seriously because none of those we had dealings with prior to meeting Sue ever came back to us, despite the fact that they promised to do so. Anyway, I was gobsmacked about three weeks ago when I got a call from Sue informing me that she got what we wanted. In the course of her work, Sue deals with different people and their different requirements on a daily basis. How on earth could Sue have remembered precisely what we told her! Sue, let me use this medium to say an enormous thank you to you on behalf of my family. You are a very warm person and very passionate about what you do.
