Weight Loss Boot Camp
Our personal bootcamps are not only designed with exercise in mind, we want you to be able to track your calories in vs calories out and learn how to track your own diet and make your own adjustments, thats why we give you a Fitbit HR* to give you the best start. Our boot camps come with various training options from 1 session a week to 3 sessions a week and run for 6 weeks at a time to suit your needs.
Jeet Kune Do Boot Camp
JKD/JUN FAN KICKBOXING, Jeet Kune Do was developed by the late Bruce Lee to be non classical and is still one of the most highly respected forms of martial arts expressons in the world today. During our JKD bootcamp you will learn from a qualified instructor at a rapid pace over a six week period and you will also get a Fitbit HR* to track your activity.
Our High Intensity Interval Training incorperate bodyweight exercises with fast paced cardio movements, creating one of the best sweat dripping workouts you will ever have, all crammed into 30 minutes.
Hourly Personal Training
We offer hourly personal training to our clients that compliment our training programs or can be used as a stand alone training services
