What do you love most about your job?
Easy !.... the customers, we love engaging with new and existing customers, we find ourselves popping in for a cuppa tea !... we make sure we’re up to speed with what the customer wants to ensure the jobs being done to the maximum potential !
What inspired you to start your own business?
For the past 20 years I’ve looked after customers for other multi million pound organisations, however this proved annoying as I saw my hard work and time being wasted as the companies didn’t care about the customer, just the capital !... this is why I wanted to change the way in which this needs to be done
Why should our clients choose you?
Again, it’s down to the quality of care, a customer is paying for a service, part of that service is being treated with the respect and service level they expect, it’s my job to ensure that whomever they speak to from Hawkeye they receive the utmost respect and courtesy and all questions and advice required is answered both accurately, legally and professionally, and then the knock on effect is that the request is carried out and not passed from pillar to post !
