Outstanding! Netty has been looking after our fur-baby since she was 15 weeks old. Our puppy remains excited to go to doggie daycare. It’s home from home, (rather than left running around a field all day) and as a result she is incredibly happy; well socialised with other dogs and with family life. The team are great and go that extra mile. Always on hand for advice and very understanding when I’m stuck in traffic delaying pick up (I prefer pick up rather than dropping her home). Tracy looked after our cat Pickle while we were on holiday and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She was very professional and knew that I was nervous about leaving him and let me know that she had seen him each day and how he was doing which gave me great peace of mind. We had Sammie looking after our 2 dogs , 3 cats and 2 tanks of fish ( she certainly had her work cut out ) Sammie done an amazing job living in our house . . house was lovely when we got home and all our pets were very happy with their "aunty Sammie " the dogs had regular walks throughout the week and had play dates indoors too , the weather has been extremely hot and Sammie made sure all our pets were well accommodated in the heat ... would definitely use hawkes walks pet sitting service again ���� More...

Amazing!!! I have 2 rescue dogs and was worried that they wouldn’t settle at night, away from home. Sammy the lovely house sitter to the rescue! She stayed at my house and loved and looked after the boys as if they were her own. after having a bad experience with my first dog walker I was recommended to Tracy, Jayne took Bella out on her first walk yesterday and I'm so happy with her walk and came home to what would normally be and excited bouncy pup to a tired and sleepy pup! For years I have put off going on holiday as I was so worried about leaving my cats behind.....but I need not worry anymore. Tracy did a fabulous job of looking after my 2 cats. Tracy is the best. I walked with her recently and she noticed my dog licking his leg, the day before he had scratched it in brambles but I was super impressed that Tracy was that attentive and responsive to notice something wasn't quite right. I recently started using Tracy for my two dogs. She walks them and does a toilet break for them as i work full time. I can honestly say i found the right person, shes reliable and friendly (i no shes good as one of my dogs would tell me if he wasn't hapoy! ) ive also noticed how my nervous dog is now so much better when out on the lead; seems a little confidence training has been given in that department which means he enjoys his out time so much more! As first time dog owners last year I was a little apprehensive as to how we were going to juggle family life, work and our gorgeous little Staffie pup. We live nearly 30 minutes away from work so leaving him at home was never an option as far as we were concerned. The solution was to bring our boy into work (we own the company so no problem there).
Tracy collects him every day from us at work and he comes back about 2-3 hours later, shattered through all the running around he does with his 4 legged friends. He has been walking with Tracy since he was 3 months old and he is so sociable with other dogs, walking in a pack of up to 6 others, and with people.
I know that our boy is getting the exercise he needs but more importantly he is learning Staffie etiquette from the gorgeous Elsie.
Bentley so looks forward to his daily walk, he stares at the door waiting, and is always so happy to see Tracy. She has given us doggie rookies some brilliant advice regarding behaviour/dog psychology. More often than not it's the owners that need training rather than the dogs! Tracy is so dedicated and knowledgeable on all things dog related. We love her!
Hawkes Walks provides a home boarding service which we have taken advantage of a couple of times recently when we have been on holiday and a long weekend. The idea of our boy being looked after in a kennel filled us with dread. With the home boarding service our boy still has his normal daily routine, gets to spend time with Elsie, who he adores, and I know that he is being given the same love and affection that we bestow upon him.
I cannot recommend Hawkes Walks highly enough. Tracy and her team are absolutely wonderful and I am sure they have shaped Bentley into the beautiful loving and well behaved boy that he has turned out to be. More...
