Our Head chef Nick and his team like to use the best ingredients they can find and no better than using our local butchers, fruit and vegetables suppliers and delicious Northumbrian cheeses which are some of the best in the business.

What’s your signature dish?
As a catering company with have a number of dishes which we enjoy making for example- Roasted Loch Duart salmon with crayfish, capers and lemon cream sauce with wild rice
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We liaison with the client and get all the details of what they want and then do a bespoke menu just for them.
What do you love most about your job?
What we enjoy the most to that the client has the best day that they could have and if we do that then we are a happy family.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have wanted to start my own business for about 8 years and am I finally one day just decided im doing it, I have always wanted to be my own boss and I felt that my employers did not have the same ambition as myself and that pushed me to start my own catering business.

We are an honest company, with lovely friendly staff who will bend over backwards to help the clients in way we possible can.
