Where do I start with this review? It's actually easy, and it's with the people that work for the company. Each and every person is warm, welcoming, and wonderful. They are absolutely respectful and treat you like a human (not a dollar sign). Next is the food. THE FOOD SPEAKS FOR ITSELF. Alone the food is a 5 Star production. My fiancé and I recently got to treat our taste buds to a tap dance of flavors. When I say the food made me sing songs from my loins it actually made me sing songs from my loins. The head chef is amazingly wonderful. He is unbelievably warm and accepting. Keith, the chef, has an eye for food. Thank you all for the wonderful time. Haute productions was recommended to us after a caterer backed out 40 days before our wedding. We were desperate and I was concerned that anybody we booked would take advantage of the pinch we were in. Not only did Keith not do that, but he thought of ways to make our day extra special by surprising us with s'mores for the kids, specialty lighting, etc.  Its fairly easy to provide good service when everything goes well, But when things do not go according to plan it reveals people's hearts.  I feel honored to have Keith and his crew be apart of my wedding. The food was delicious, beautiful, and accommodated many different allergens and food preferences.  We also decided to upgrade and have Megan (his executive assistant) be the week of wedding coordinator.  She was amazing, reliable, calm, and detail- oriented. Hello everyone, I personally want to just give a huge shot out to Keith, Megan and all the crew at Haute Prooductions!!! ! I just recently got married and we inquired of a caterer that ended up backing out last minute and we literally were about 3 weeks away from the wedding!!! Keith and Megan came through in such a huge way. They did everything from wedding coordination to even making all the meals gluten free!!!!! The wedding was the best night of my life and I know if it wasn't for Haute Productions this would not have been the case!!!!!!! I give this company a 5 star rating!!! They go above and beyond!!!! I love the tri tip entree on their lunch menu. Not only do they serve great food but I felt very welcomed. Oh.. and to top it off, I purchased a shot of espresso after my meal, so delicious. Keep up the great work Chef!

We had such an unforgettable evening with Chef Keith, who catered my friend's Birthday dinner at her home. From start to finish, Chef Keith took care of everything, waiting on us with careful attention and poise while also crafting and beautifully plating a three-course meal. Each dish was so aesthetically impressive and pleasing to the eye, that every dinner guest felt compelled to first take a picture before taking a single bite. The beauty of each dish was parallel to the quality and flavor...such innovative use of ingredients definitely excited our palettes. And somehow, with all of the magic Chef Keith performed in the kitchen, he left it immaculately clean. As if nothing ever happened. But, the memory of a 5-star night will never be forgotten. Excellent food. The service has some areas of improvement though. It is true that I am not an expert organizing events but they are, so I think they should have asked some key questions to avoid misuderstandings that caused some inconveneinces.

My friends and I had the pleasure of having Keith cook an incredible six-course dinner for us at my home.  I can't say enough good things about Keith; he is truly an artist, the presentation of every course was amazing, the mixture of flavors even more incredible, each dish was so delicious!  He was easy to work, quick at responding to my questions, flexible, prepared, and wanted to make sure that everyone was happy.  He is truly a professional!  I am looking forward to future events that feature Keith's wonderful food.  Thank you, Keith! Haute Productions catered a small dinner party (10 people) for my friends and I. Keith did a phenomenal job! He provided a 6 course meal that was some of the best and most unique food I have ever had. Everything was presented beautifully and tasted delicious from the pumpkin salad to the dark chocolate pots de crème. It was definitely a night and a meal to remember.
