I bought a Sadoq scarf from Haute Elan and the customer service I received was astounding. I was in communication with someone via their Instagram account and they answered instantly everytime I messaged them to inquire about my order. A few of the items I ordered turned out to be out of stock but they were so nice and professional about it and they even offered me a discount code for a future order. I received my package today and was so pleasantly surprised to see that they added in a Maya nail lacquer in a really pretty purple shade with a nail file/buffer and a discount code! I have been a regular customer at Haute Elan since the boutique in Tooting opened. The wide variety of designers makes it a great place for me to shop at from casual to occasion wear.
