My son (4) started mid 2019 the staff are fantastic in support and he loves going to HKA gets excited every day and wants to go to HKA every day it has boosted his confidence and concentration he’s got me doing pads every day and I can already see the person he’s going to become in kickboxing and as a person thank you all at HKA

Both my doughters have been training hear for 4 years. Great for their confidence and much more everyone is freindly and its a nice place to just chill whilst the kids train.

Best kickboxing gym around by far, moved across from another gym to HKA and best decision I've ever made , all the coaches are amazing at what they do pushing us all to our limits, great atmosphere and friendly people, reccomend to anyone all ages! Amazing!

Forget your age, size, weight or ability; it's great fun for anyone. I won't pretend it's easy, it's not meant to be but the hardest part is making the decision to get up and walk through the door. If you're shy, bring a friend but everyone is friendly and the instructors are incredible; so welcoming, friendly, helpful, great teachers and especially forgiving if you've never done anything like it before. I found HKA and I wouldn't look back, family friendly environment and even a hang out spot with drinks wifi comfy sofas, oh not to mention the Tv's.
